Creole & Carribean Corn
My Cajun friend Mark, "Cajun Mark" as he likes to be known as, made use of his "Cajun Cuisine Creations" & developed me 2 NEW corn recipes to add to my elotes menu. His "Creole" & "Carribean" creations will be a great new addition to our menu listing, since other street food vendors do NOT have these available to their customers. So we're doing a "cross-over" of the traditional Mexican Corn meets the Cajun Mofo!! Stop in & try one -both have GREAT flavor & taste!!!
