Click "login / register" in the upper right corner of the screen, then "make a business account". After logging in with your business account, click on "my businesses" at the top of the screen and then click "new businesses" and enter the details of your business.

While MapYeti is in development, if your business has multiple locations you can only list 15 of them (more details below). Don't try to get around these limitations by making more accounts! Doing so could result in a ban from MapYeti. Contact us if you want more businesses or locations and we'll be happy to help.

MapYeti is free for Businesses while the site is in development, but we would really like to hear your feedback. This means putting your sales on mapyeti is free advertising, but tell us what you think about the site too if you get a chance. So what are you waiting for? Go ahead and make a mapyeti page for your business and start listing your sales!

Sales and Specials are the heart of MapYeti. To add a Sale or Special for your business click on "my businesses" and click on your business. At the bottom of the screen click "add sale" or "add special" and enter the details of the sale or special.

Each business is limited to 5 active sales/specials. Active means that the ending date of the sale/special is not yet passed and the sale/special is marked "active". Do not try to circumvent this limit! Also, please don't list the same sale/special multiple times. You can manage your sales/specials through the "my businesses" link.

If your business has multiple locations, you can more addresses using the locations manager. To access the locations manager click on "my businesses" at the top of the screen. Then, click on the business whose locations you would like to manage and click "Manage Locations" at the bottom of the screen. While MapYeti is in development, businesses are limited to 15 locations. Contact us if you need more locations.

Adding more locations will make your business and sales/specials show up if a user's search circle encompasses any of your businesses locations. If a user's search circle encompasses multiple locations of your business your business's results will not be listed multiple times. All the locations for a business will share the same business details, comments, and reviews (just with a different address).

We have been adding businesses and sales/specials. If you own a business you see listed, you can take control of the business by making a business account and clicking "take control" at the bottom of the business' mapyeti page. If you want us to take your business off of MapYeti (Why would you want that?) Contact us and we'll be happy to take down your business information.

MapYeti is initially focused in these 3 cities, but there's nothing stopping anyone from adding businesses in other places as well. We hope to expand to cover all of the US eventually.
